Lance Armstrong signs Belgian super talent Ben Hermans to Radio Shack

Ben Hermans, who currently rides for the Topsport Vlaanderen team will ride for and the team for the next two seasons. Hermans, a first year pro from Limburg, will join compatriots (Katusha) and () to be the third Belgian on the new team that is expected to be managed by .

Hermans had a contract with Mercator-Topsport Vlaanderen than ran through next season, but the squad was apparently able to buy him out.
