Radio Shack roster now at 17

There have been a number of announcements on signings to Lance Armstrong’s Radio Shack Cycling team over the past couple of weeks, so it’s time to update the roster. Most notable is Andreas Klöden, who looked to be staying at Astana until yesterday.
