De Rosa – Stac Plastic debuts with 16 athletes

The new De Rosa – Stac Plastic team is the phoenix rising out of the ashes of the LPR Brakes team. They are starting up with a focus on young riders. Eddy Ratti is the oldest at 32, but youngest is just 21 and the average age is around 24. The roster so far is:
