The newest recruits are Marco Bandiera (), Kim Kirchen (Columbia), Timofey Kritsky (Katyusha continental), Artem Ovechkim (intern Katusha), Alexandr Pliuschin (), Egor Silin (elite), Joaquim Rodríguez (Caisse d’Epargne ) and Eduard Vorganov (). Leaving the team are Colom, Mikhailov (Retired), Pfannberger, Rovny () and Steegmans ().
