Floyd Landis to Rock Racing?

Several European news sources are reporting that disgraced 2006 Tour de France winner Floyd Landis is expected to sign a contract with Rock Racing tomorrow. The contract is said to be contignent on Rock Racing receiving their UCI Professional Continental license.
Watch this space for a formal announcement (or otherwise) tomorrow.
