SCOTT Bicycles Debut New HTC-Columbia Team Bikes

Team HTC-Columbia is in the midst of their training camp in the south of Spain this week. Winter training camp is a time to shake out the cobwebs, receive all the new sponsor equipment, and get fitted in the new team kit. Scott is rolling out three new bicycles for the Team to use in 2010. First is the Addict RC, a full electronic Dura Ace equipped carbon bike that is based on the 790 gram Addict.

Next is the Addict R1, the same platform but with 7900 Dura Ace. The Plasma3, the Team’s time trial bicycle, is being presented as an ongoing project with Team HTC-Columbia to make a faster time trial bike, and is also featuring electronic Dura Ace this year.

Team Addicts are made with Scott’s proprietary blend of HMX carbon fiber and feature integrated seat masts. The Team Addicts are matched with Fizik saddles, Continental tires, and PRO handlebars and stems.
