Mini Chill Berry Bliss offers a surprising relaxation option
I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t visit the health food store very often. I try to eat a balanced diet, take a multi-vitamin every day and stay away from supplements. I guess I only mention this because I just wouldn’t be the type to buy Mini-Chill Relaxation drink. But, I was given it for a review, so I had at it, and I liked it.
The Mini Chill Relaxation shot contains Relarian as its active ingredient. Relarian is a nutraceutical that contains magnolia and cork tree extract and is known to relieve anxiety and stress. There is plenty of information available on-line if you want to learn more.
The Mini Chill shot flavor is called Berry Bliss and I’d say that’s accurate. It reminded me of some of the natural juices I’ve had like blueberry, grape, etc. I actually wish I could have had more than 2 ounces as I found the taste actually quite good.
So what did this drink do for me? As the skeptic, I didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. I took a shot at various times of the day from morning to lunch to evening and always purposefully when feeling stressed from answering emails, handling phone calls or wrapping up a project. I won’t say that the effect is over-whelming but it is best described as a “relaxed clarity”. I really do think that I was able to put aside the clutter in my mind and then clearly focus on the task at hand whether reading a book, studying, or settling down before going to bed. I’d say the effect was apparent within 20 to 30 minutes and maybe lasted 60 to 90 minutes. Hard to say as it wasn’t real obvious but there definitely was a relaxed feeling. We have plenty of increased energy options so why not a relaxation option, especially in our non-stop lives? Give this a try if you’re curious and I think you’ll be surprised like I was.
This product is available for $36 for 12 of the 2 oz shots.
