2010 Vuelta a Andalucia: Final Results

Michael Rogers (HTC-Columbia) added the Tour of Andalucia to his honors. While Spaniard Francisco Ventoso (Carmiooro-NGC) won the final stage, Rogers finished close enough to capture the overall victory.

Ventoso was the strongest sprinter after the 161.4 kilometers from Torrox to Antequera. Australian Simon Gerrans (Team Sky) finished second and Rogers came across third. Bauke Mollema (Rabobank) was fourth Jens Voigt (Saxo Bank) nabbed fifth.

Rogers finished nineteen seconds ahead of Jurgen Van den Broeck (Omega Pharma-Lotto) in the final general classification. Sergio Pardilla (Carmiooro-NGC), who wore the leader’s jersey for two days,  finished third.
