The 2014 USA Cycling Cyclo-cross national championships are just around the corner. If you’re planning to compete in the event, Jan. 8-12 in Boulder, Colo., you should register now through your My USA Cycling account.
Online registration CLOSES Friday, Jan. 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Onsite registration WILL be available up until the day before your event, but you can save money by registering online NOW. Current registration fees are $65 for juniors and non-championship events, and $85 for U23, masters, elites, and singlespeed competitors. The collegiate rate is $50.
All riders must have a 2014 USA Cycling annual license to compete in any championship race at the Cyclo-cross national championships. You can purchase or renew your license now through your My USA Cycling account.
On-site registration and packet pick-up will open on Tuesday, January 7 at Gebhardt Volkswagen, located at 2470 49th St., Boulder, CO 80301. There is no day-of registration. Visit the schedule of events for more information on onsite registration and packet pick-up.
For all national championships, riders must meet the following category restrictions:
|Men 10-16: No Restriction||Women 10-18: No Restriction|
|Men 17-18: Cat 1/2/3 Only||U23 Women: Cat 1/2/3 Only|
|U23 Men: Cat 1/2/3 Only||elite women: Cat 1/2/3 Only|
|Elite Men: Cat 1/2 Only||Women 30-44: Cat 1/2/3 Only|
|Men 30-54: Cat 1/2/3 Only||Women 45+: No Restriction|
|Men 55+: No Restriction||Singlespeed: No Restriction|
COLLEGIATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In order to register, each collegiate rider must be marked as qualified by his or her conference director, indicating that the rider has participated in his or her conference season, if one is held. If you are unable to register please contact your Conference Director. Conference Director contact information can be found here.
All collegiate teams must bring this form, filled out by their school registrar, with them to on-site packet pick-up. Riders will NOT be allowed to race without this form!
Call-ups will be determined by methods specific to each class. Details on priority of call-ups can be found in the Eligibility-Rules-Call-ups Guide here. UCI rules mandate that riders must pre-register (online) in order to maintain their call-up position for juniors 17-18 males, U23, and elite classes.
