New doping scandal coming out of Spain?
Tuttobici is reporting today that a new doping scandal may be breaking in Spain.
El Pais, one of the most prestigious newspapers in Spain is investigating. It all starts with Moises Duenas, who tested positive during the 2008 Tour de France. The Spaniard cooperated with police and gave them the name of a Dr. Jesus Losa. In its investigation, the Spanish police uncovered a series of text messages between cyclists and the doctor that could point to a new scandal.
No names are being given yet but the article implicates two Spaniards on the Caisse d’Epargne, one on Rock Racing, an Spaniard who rides for an Italian team and a Russian rider.
