Italy’s tricolor will be worn on the opening night by the German defending champions Robert Bartko and Roger Kluge (riding for the Italian Emilia Romagna team).
  • The Skil-Shimano cycling team has entered into a partnership with the Bastion Hotel Group, which becomes co-sponsor of the team on January 1st, 2010.
