The UCI announced today that 19 teams have presented all of the documents and met all of the requirements to be registered as Professional Continental Teams for the 2010 season. The teams are:

Xacobeo Galicia and Rock Racing were on the initial list that was published on November 16th, but did not meet all requirements by the current deadline. The Galician Cycling Federation, the organization behind Xacobeo Galicia, says that there was one financial guarantee for which they were not able to provide documentation in time, but that the proper papers would be filed by the appeal date of Friday at noon.  Rock Racing’s Michael Ball issued a statement after the announcement made, saying, “We’re obviously very disappointed but are working diligently to satisfy every requirement that is being asked of us. We are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure we can race next year.”
