2010 Tirreno – Adriatico Stage 7/Final Results

Stefano Garzelli (Acqua & Sapone) used time bonuses on the final stage to erase his two second deficit to overnight leader Michele Scarponi (Androni Giocattoli) and claim the GC. Edvald Boasson Hagen (Sky) won the stage sprint, besting Alessandro Petacchi (Lampre) and Sacha Modolo (Colnago – CSF Inox).
