Lance Armstrong up for AP’s Athlete of the Decade

Lance Armstrong is in the running to be the Associated Press’ Athlete of the Decade. They say that his return from cancer to win the Tour de France 7 times, then to come back and stand on the podium after taking two years off “raised the bar on the definition of ‘exceptional’”.
