State Bicycle stays on top with the Undefeated II release

  • Ron

State Bicycle, leaders of the fixed gear/single speed bike market, release the newest addition to their lineup of Fixed Gear bikes. After expanding the line into MTB and CX, State heads back to their roots within the urban bike culture. The Undefeated II builds on the success of the original prime model, Undefeated I, featuring the advanced 7005 Aluminium double Butted Tubing on top of the classic features of the Undefeated. Straight out of the box the Undefeated II is a race-ready, beast of a machine.

The Undefeated II includes premium SRAM Omnium Cranks, Michelin Tires, Ritchey components, and a flip/flop hub Essor USA bolt wheelset, allowing the rider to run the bike fixed or freewheel. The new frame features an oversized-tapered head tube and matching Essor USA full carbon fork, for sharp handling and a nimble, responsive feel. The Undefeated II has shaved 2lbs and 10 oz from the previous generation, weighing in at just 15lbs 6 oz.

The Essor USA Bolt 31 wheelset is an added bonus, being both lightweight enough to race (1736g) while still being durable to take a beating on the street. These new features make State’s newest addition the perfect tool for mastering fixed-gear crits.
