Vittoria Shoes Announces New Shoes, Helmets, and Cycle Computers at Interbike

Vittoria Shoes announced several new products at Interbike. Below, we will highlight some of those new products, including new ventures into helmets and a crank based power meter.

Shoes

V-Spirit

The V-Spirit is a billed as a high performance lightweight shoe and comes in at the middle of Vittoria’s line up. The shoe features a new micrometric cable closure system called Micro Hora, that adjusts the cables to give a perfect fit. The one piece upper is a highly breathable mesh and synthetic leather, with the Pebax air system for heel ventilation. The sole is Vittoria’s CNS Carbon Heart, which infuses the nylon sole with a center  section of 3k carbon for added stiffness. Two non-slip heel inserts help with walking, while the front vent helps to keep your feet cool. Available in white, black, and white/black.

V-Flash

The V-Flash is a new entry level shoe. Despite the entry level price, you get an Italian made shoe with three Velcro straps on a synthetic leather and mesh upper. The sole is nylon with non-slip heel inserts. Available in bright yellow/black, black/silver, and white/black.

V-Epic

All the features of the V-flash but built for long days on the trail. The V-Epic features a nylon sole with high-grip technopolymer lugs and the option to use removable spikes for extra traction.

XPlorer

A new touring shoe designed with long-distance touring, casual cyclists and even shop employees in mind, the Xplorer has a breathable mesh upper, lace-up closure and an SPD-compatible Vibram outsole for comfortable walking and durability.

V500

Designed from the ground up for road racing, the V500 was developed for maximum safety and breathability. InMold technology keeps weight low and Vittoria’s Ergonomic Fitting Concept (EFC) provides a precise fit with antibacterial and absorbent padding. Available in S/M and L sizes.

Ciclo Power

A new crankset power meter from Ciclosport offers the full set of features that demanding riders have come to expect in their training: Separated measurements for left and right legs, 16 measuring points for pedal stroke roundness, Wireless ANT+ connectivity and superb accuracy. Aluminum crank included, carbon optional.
