With the growth in popularity of 11 and 12 speed drivetrains, the days of being able to make quick and easy chain repairs on the road or trail are becoming less common. While most home mechanics probably have a set of master link pliers hanging on the pegboard, it’s not something that usually makes it into the saddle bag.
Wolf Tooth Components looks to put an end to that with an innovative new compact master link plier – and tucked in a few extras while they were at it.
The latest product in their new Pack Tools series, the 38g Master Link Combo Pliers pick up where most compact multi-tools leave off, completing your repair arsenal with a pair of master link pliers, storage for two spare link pairs, a valve core remover/installer, pliers to hold valve locknuts, and a tire lever. And just to add to the awesomeness, Wolf Tooth uses a pair of permanent rare earth magnets to keep everything tidy.
Wolf Tooth’s Master Link Combo Pliers are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and assembled at their new facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
