Wolftooth Components has added to its ShiftMounts line with a pair of 31.8mm clamps that allow you to mount SRAM and Shimano mountain bike shifters onto a standard road drop bar.
These are for those of you that want to add drop bars to a flat bar mountain bike, or want mountain bike gearing on a drop bar gravel bike.
- Available in both SRAM MatchMaker/MatchMaker X and Shimano I-SPEC EV fitments.
- The 31.8mm Clamp mounts directly to the handlebar next to the stem (see picture above).
- Designed to work with rear (right side) shifters.
Other ShiftMounts from Wolftooth allow you to integrate SRAM and Shimano shifters with several different brakes from Shimano, SRAM, and Magura, or mount shifters directly to handlebars independent of brakes. Handlebar space is prime real estate and the ShiftMount seamlessly integrates brakes and shifters for a clean look.
