Stage 2 saw Quick Step–Alpha Vinyl‘s Yves Lampaert start in yellow, riding a custom yellow S-Works Evade 3 with matching Oakley Radar EV’s. While the team hoped to keep Lampaerts in yellow, his small lead was overcome by time bonuses as Jumbo-Visma’s Wout van Aert finished just behind stage winner Fabio Jakobsen (Quick Step-Alpha Vinyl).
With van Aert leading the overall general and points classifications, Jakobsen wore green as the next highest points rider. Jakobsen received a special green S-Works Evade 3, but remained on his standard Tarmac SL7. With no change in the classifications at the end of the third stage, Jakobsen will stay in the green as the riders head to France.
Below is a gallery of Jakobsen’s Tarmac SL7, along with the yellow and green Evade 3’s from stages 2 and 3.
