Syncros extends MTB wheel range

The new Revelstoke wheels from have been entirely redesigned and now feature their best rim technology and approach to layup. The second generation of their trail and enduro has been updated with a new carbon 30mm internal width rim. As Syncros did for the Silverton 1.0s, the Revelstoke wheels now comes with a shallower design to reduce , increasing compliance, comfort and now featuring the DT Swiss internals.

The Ultimate for Demanding

The first goal of our new Revelstoke carbon wheels was to create a lighter package for . Building on the previous generation, we reduced the total weight by 19% to reach 1500g for the Revelstoke 1.0s complete wheelset.

In addition to the weight reduction, our Syncros engineers studied the shape and the carbon layup of the rim, as well as mass distribution and lateral stiffness, to come up with an optimal shallower design and a new carbon technology rim. They also increased the hook to have a higher impact resistance on the most demanding trails.

Key Features

The new Revelstoke range comes in two options. The 1.0s and the 1.0. Same carbon rim for both and same spokes number (28), but different specifications.

The 1.0s features DT Swiss 240s hubs with Ratchet EXP 36 technology and DT Swiss Aerolite spokes and Pro nipples. The 1.0 offers DT Swiss 370 hubs and Syncros spokes and nipples.
