With Paul Components, it’s the little details that matter. We just shared our review of their Klampers brakes, which are not just bling but also crazy functional. The barrel adjusters that come stock work perfectly fine, but being the machinists they are, and having their fancy Doosan Lynx 2100 LSYB CNC Multitasking Center, they knew they could make something cool.

The Baby Groovy Barrel Adjuster is the little brother of the larger Groovy Barrel Adjuster. It’s an improvement over the plastic pieces as a little extra precision in adjusting cable tension, but it also makes it easier to use with gloves. The self-proclaimed bike nerds really wanted a specific shape of the adjuster to work perfectly with the locknut.
Milled from American 6061 aluminum and brass in their Chico, California shop, they weigh 3g or 9g each, respectively. They are available in raw or anodized finishes, with the anodized coming in Black, Purple, Silver, Pewter, Gold, Blue, Orange, Red, Green, and Pink. They will add a little extra bling with a flash of color or matching up with your polished silver clampers like ours.
The new Baby Groovy Barrel Adjusters will work with a range of Paul Components parts, including the Klamper, Funky Monkey Cable Hangers, Moto-Lites, Mini-Motos, Dropper Triggers, Cross Levers, E-Levers, and Thumbies.
The new Baby Groovy Barrel Adjusters are available now and ready to take some incredible parts to the next level.
