Ergon Releases New MTB Saddle Line

Ergon has released a new series of saddles optimized for modern geometries and riding styles. The new line offers a totally new relief concept for improved comfort.

Targeted pressure relief is crucial for a comfortable riding experience for mountain biking. The new SMS (saddle mountain ) saddle features a newly-developed ergonomic formula that better suits a compact, upright riding position and helps to alleviate pressure, pain and numbness in contact areas.

The SMS line features a larger relief channel, and its evolved ergonomic contours, along with its Y-shape and gently curved surface aim to improve rider mobility, pedaling dynamics and overall comfort. The shortened, flat nose also contributes to improve freedom of , especially when moving forward on the saddle for steep climbs.

While made for mountain bikes, the saddle is equally well-suited for e-MTBs, bikes and rigs.

  • Available in 2 sizes: S/M (sit bone spacing 9-12cm) and M/L (sit bone spacing 12-16 cm)
