Double victory for XDS Astana Team at the Tour of Oman
The prestigious stage race Tour of Oman concluded with a complete triumph for XDS Astana Team. On the final stage featuring the iconic climb of Green Mountain, Christian Scaroni claimed a brilliant victory, while his teammate Cristián Rodríguez secured second place. These results delivered a one-two overall success for XDS Astana Team in the General Classification: Scaroni won the Tour of Oman, and Rodríguez finished as runner-up.
2024 Tour de France: Stage 1 Results

In what was said to be one of the hardest opening days in the history of the race, it was Romain Bardet and his DSM Firmenich PostNL teammate Frank van den Broek that made the opening salvo, crossing the line together just 100m ahead of a surging peloton.
