Bunch sprint decision in GP Isbergues

The 200 kilometer long French one-day race, GP Isbergues won by Saxo-Tinkoff Dane, Jonas Aaen in 2011 was today dominated by a breakaway including BMC’s Greg van Avermaet. But the peloton kept the group within six minutes and at the entrance to the final 10 kilometers, the pack was complete.

In the bunch sprint, Arnaud Demare (FDJ) was the fastest rider and he took the win head of John Degenkolb (Argos-Shimano). Team Saxo-Tinkoff’s Johnny Cantwell finished 20th.
