Jonas Vingegaard (Team Visma | Lease a Bike) has won stage 16 of the 2026 Giro d’Italia, the 113 km long Bellinzona-Carì, extending his hold on the Maglia Rosa going into the last week of the race.

With his second stage victory in the current Volta Valencia, Remco Evenepoel has climbed to the top of the overall standings.
Evenepoel remains the benchmark in time trials at the Volta Valencia.
After three wins in the first four races of the Challenge Mallorca, Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe also claimed the Palma finale, with Arne Marit winning and teammate Alessio Magagnotti completing the double podium.

Though Primoz Roglic put in a strong effort that looked to push Tadej Pogacar out of the maillot jaune, Pogacar put in a strong performance to add to his lead in the 2025 Tour de France.
Simon Yates (Team Visma | Lease a Bike) took the overall win in the 2025 Giro d’Italia. Isaac Del Toro (UAE Team Emirates XRG) and Richard Carapaz (EF Education – EasyPost) finished second and third.
