The early November addition to the UCI Approved list sees a few frames and one wheel set added to the list.
The Carrera TD01air is the latest carbon aero road frame from the Italian brand. Though it brings many of the brand’s top technologies, it is set at a mid-level price point. It mixes various levels of carbon fiber to provide a stable and comfortable ride with Kamm shaped tubes to provide an aerodynamic frame.

Toakas Bicycles added their first entry to the list in the Striker. The Taiwanese brand is focusing on making bikes that “suit the ergonomic requirements of the Asian physique.” The Striker is their flagship all-around road bike that comes in various levels of carbon and builds.
And you guessed it, your favorite Kazakh rider has his a bike brand named after him now too. Vino Bike is a brand from Kazakhstan offering biked and other cycling products. The ATM is the brand’s first entry onto the Approved list and looks to be the brand’s all-around bike.
On the wheel side, Aurora Racing added their A5 wheel to the list. While they “operational address” is in San Antonio, TX, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are actually based in Asia somewhere. There wasn’t anything on the site for an A5, but I’d bet they are a 50ish mm carbon wheel set.
